TRAINING and EDUCATION SERVICES:

  • HeartSaver CPR/AED

    The American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver CPR AED program trains individuals with little or no medical background to perform high-quality CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED).

  • HeartSaver First Aid

    The American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver First Aid program provides training in basic first aid skills for common emergencies. Designed for individuals with little or no medical background, this course teaches how to recognize, call for help, and perform lifesaving first aid for medical emergencies (like heart attack, stroke, severe choking), injury emergencies (like bleeding, broken bones), and environmental emergencies (like bites, stings, temperature-related issues).

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

    The American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings. It teaches high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, early use of an AED, effective ventilations with a barrier device, relief of foreign-body airway obstruction, and the importance of team dynamics in multi-rescuer resuscitation.

  • Advanced professional programs

    Emergency Group is working to develop a series of programs for healthcare professionals and first responders, including, but not limited to: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), & Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS).
